Our History
The Canadian Indoor Rowing Championships has been a premier platform for rowers to showcase their skills since 1985.
Our championships have empowered thousands of athletes to test their limits and achieve personal bests, creating a vibrant and competitive community among rowers.
Going Virtual for 2025
Racing at CIRC 2025 will be virtual allowing competitors to compete from coast to coast and internationally. Competitors will connect to the Time-Team Home Race platform from their home, gym, or club.
The event will be streamed lived on YouTube.

We are putting our efforts into the search for a venue to host CIRC in-person in the years to follow. If you are interested in submitting a proposal contact us at venue2627@cdnindoorrowing.org.
Our vision is bring together the best performances of the indoor rowing season to a final crowning of champions. We will continue to mix things up with new events, new distances and different categories for exciting racing.
