Due to the nature of a virtual event and the advance planning that is needed to send connections (Login instructions) out to everyone we will not be able to accept entries received after the close of entries.
REFUND POLICY
A competitor who wishes to withdraw their entry must have done so by January 24, 2022 by 11:59 AM to get a refund. A small transaction fee (approx. $3) will be retained to process refunds. After the close of entries January 24, 2022 the entry fee is NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason.

CIRC2022 is sanctioned by RCA. RCA & Row Ontario seat fees do not apply to virtual events.

WAIVERS
If you are under age 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's complete yourwaiver online.
